Years ago, I was involved in a car accident and had to put my pursuit of dance on pause. This moment of my life was ironically the best thing that happened to me. As a result, I have been able to help guide countless dancers, athletes, moms-to-be and everyone in-between toward a life of feeling great and free of pain.
After my accident impatience got the best of me and I began to try other modalities because I wasn't seeing results.
The same techniques I used for myself and countless clients to improve mobility and strength to heal, move and enjoy life without pain are available for you here, all online.
As a kinesiologist, a massage therapist, and a master trainer, I am excited to begin offering the same techniques and guidance I put myself through, give students in my studio, and teach to practitioners all over.
